They were helpful at first although we had several disputes over them raising the price on me. they base their price based on weight which is arbitrary given no one could measure the load if they wanted to. Each time I talked to the supplier confirming a lower weight estimate, then reached out to tommyrun and they never made it right. although it happened several times I needed them again recently. They did it again? they double up charged me. over 100 more than what I should have paid! cold
Don't bother. It tells you moving something less than 250 lbs (and under 12' long) is $29, but then a guy calls you and says actually that'll be $109. GTFO, I'll rent a flatbed from Home Depot and do it myself
Can't even sign in. Created account and then doesn't recognize password. Tried to change password it freezes up. If the app is this bad how's the service?
