- Your business phone number lives in the application, meaning you can make and receive calls in the app as if from your phone.
- Your colleagues are all gathered in one place. You can see their availability and decide whether a message or a call is the best way to communicate with them.
- You can schedule or start audio and video meetings with colleagues or with external contacts. Meetings can be recorded, too.

- You can organize your teams or departments around groups, and categorize your chat group discussions using topics.
