Well it doesn't suck.. apart from it not doing so much of ,it's not the superest most bestest app either. Didn't like the unnecessary & time an consuming things u have 2 do, 2 get a time frame when the bus comes. I thought it went off your devices location and it'll do that once you register with an account , so I used Google Maps instead , 2½ stars is fair
App is so-so. The tracker is great to find out where your bus is, since they are never on time, unfortunately, the GPS on the buses don't work 30% to 40% of the time, so it's still a guessing game if the bus will show up. The tracker also doesn't show buses that are on long term detours (they disappear). So, as the word on the street goes, 'Ya gotta be Dumb to ride Smart.'
For the most part it works fine, but it frequently has a tendency to be stuck loading when I'm trying to pick the route and the stops and all that. It's getting rather irritating.
App doesnt always work. It doesnt show all buses on routes and tracker only works about 30% of the time. Alot of app crashing down and being useless. Ive missed alot of buses because of the app
`This app displays fraudulent "tracking info" for phantom buses, in keeping with SMART's uniformly terrible customer service. Monitor an approaching bus in the app or by text message on any given day and watch it pass by your stop without ever seeing an actual bus. It is plainly not reporting GPS data, so it must be estimating position based on the schedule. It would seem that this garbage exists merely to create false expectations.`Page navigation:
