Play this online game named PRAV.

Wellness challenges is an app based activity. The whole challenge consists of 15 tasks spread across the 5 days of Mental health week being celebrated at Christ University, Bannerghatta road campus. Each day has 3 tasks- a physical task, an emotional task and a mental task in that order. Completing all of them successfully will get you a mental health hamper.
