Worst company and worst app... My claim is pending since 4 months now and they do not have any contact information at all... Nowhere... Toll free customer service number do not take calls to talk to their representative... In app it shows i have no claimed policy... Pathetic service by pathetic company... I would rate them -10 if possible
Worst insurance company, My bill is pending for seven months. They used to procrastinate the problem, never decided to solve the problem. Worst app too, most of the time, Web page could not be loaded. I regret for my organisation choose such a insurance company. Money is not an issue. It's secondary. They never gave a solution. They just reply we will do it. I am just really fed up with their service
very pathatic app, corporate user, shwing card no as wrong no and not getting otp on mobile upon trying to login through policy no upon using card no, it is showing wrobv card no/employee id and not going ahead. upon using policy no it is not delivering OTP on registeted mobile no. Its better to check the facts before updating false reply on play store platform.
In February file submitted for reimbursement but still not received any updates from you, your customer care services are world's third class service. Even they don't know how to talk with customer , if ask any any questions to them and they don't know the answer directly cut the phone . Every time very rudely talk with customer this not way to provide to service to customer , tell your CEO to need too much improvement in services.
Update your app, not able to track or register, it's total waste of time, Improve your claim time, we waited almost 6 hours to discharge because of your so fast process to do cashless claim. If you not improve the time of claim. You will get washed out from this compitative health insurance world. Remember !!!"
