Worst app. After uploading the file, shows as file attached. If I try to submit it, it says attach atleast one file.
Ir shows No records available . Uploading documents cumbersome. When we mention CCN number, it displays no records found. Hopeless.app. Not customer friendly. Why PSBs choose them ? God only knows.
At the time of login, after putting policy no, receiving one OTP but no page is appearing asking for that OTP. Facing this issue for may be 4-5 months or more. Pathetic...
Is there anyone using this app? Can't even navigate to any page, Always shows loading. Looks like no one monitoring it.
