Use UptoPlay to play online the game Locale Browser.
Locale Browser is a developer tool. It browses all available locales on device , sets selected locale to system locale.
Main features.
1.List all available locales, including those not on the Settings->Language & Input->Language screen.
2.Display the locale list in different display languages.
3.Search locale.
4.Locale detail information.
5.Set an available locale as system locale. (Need android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION on Android 4.2 and later devices)
