App is easy to use and navigate. Gave it 3 stars though because it is extremely slow to load albums which have to be reloaded if you want to go back and select different styles. If the load time was optimised it would be 5 stars.
One of the worst apps ever. I just wanted to design a mug. It's very slow to load image from phone and once it loads the continue button doesn't appear, to continue with image selection. Once finally after literally hours designing the mug, in the cart there is no option to continue any further.
App doesn't connect with Google photos, only with device albums. It needs to! Uninstalled it now as it's a waste of time, much easier to use the website and order that way.
Why are the photos cropped. I would like to crop myself as some of my pics don't need it I couldn't change to matt finish so had to stick with glossy. Not really a great site
