Good info for fat loss. They have mentioned what not to eat, so the fat won't come. But they have not mentioned any food which reduces fat. All the foods have fat, but which one has good fat and which one will not give any health issues I HAVE GOT INFO FROM THIS APP. I THINK IF WE NEED A FAST RESULTS IN REDUCTION OF FATS IN OUR BODY THEY WE SHOULD GO WITH THE FOOD WHICH IS GIVEN IN THIS APP. AND MOST IMPORTANT WORK OUT.
