On 3 different occasions, I've ordered food, had my order confirmed, had my driver confirmed, only to learn am hour and a half later that driver showed up at the restaurant and the restaurant was closed. Why doesn't Chomp keep track of when restaurants close? It's great when it actually works but really frustrating when your food just doesn't show up.
You need to advise customers about the fact when you order, the restaurant can refuse your order. What chaos! We ordered $60 worth of food and the $ was taken out of our bank account (pending) so now we have to wait for the refund to go through before seeing that $ again. Never doing this ever again! App is deleted! Good riddance!
Not the most full-featured app, but I love that it's locally owned and is a better deal for restaurants than grubhub, ubereats, or door dash. Chomp is the only online delivery tool we use!
I've ordered through Chomp probably close to 30 times or so, and have only received an incortect order once. That's pretty good considering most food delivery sites mess up every other order lol
Love being able to order using a local app. Seems to be the quickest way of ordering delivery.'
