Use UptoPlay to play online the game Birthdays.
I developed this app to be more independent from other services. I realized that I do not want to forget my roommate's birthday just because he deleted his account in a certain social network, which would otherwise have indicated his birthday.
Furthermore I wanted a simple service, no integrated calendar services that for the most part have additional features I do not use. And I wanted a service that by no means passes on data to third parties or transfers data over the Internet.
This app is really simple and does not have the possibility to access the Internet. Everything is stored on your smartphone.
The app needs the permission "set alarm" and "execute after boot completed" to create correct notifications.
The app needs the permission "change or delete external storage" and "read external storage" to import or export data when you want it. The app will never do this automatically.
No responsibility will be accepted if the app displays notifications incorrectly or not.

Was so excited to finally find a birthday app that allows you to just type in the date (instead of forcing you to scroll like crazy). LOVE the simplicity of this app. But it has one major flaw rendering it unusable to me...you HAVE to enter a birth year. There are plenty of people I know who dont want to share that (and it would be rude to ask). So sad about this!! If it's fixed, this would go from 2 to 5 stars easy in my book!!
It's exactly what I want however I am not receiving push notifications for my entries. I have the notifications turned on, the app permissions for notifications is turned on, and app has access to storage. I'm using a Pixel2 running Android 9.0 maybe you could look into this please. You have one of the cleanest and least intrusive birthday manager app I've been looking for but without getting the notifications it's unfortunately no use to me
