Would not recommend this buy a Ring, I had it installed and worked with good picture but then it went out just nothing called and talked to tech about resetting and did all that was told and was able to get picture back. Since reset it gives me a notice on my phone but takes too long to open on phone, easier to just walk from the back of the house and look out the door. Opened software on phone today to see if it might have cured it self and it went to play online video, and downloaded for 7 minutes but can't find videos on my phone, so have no idea where they are unless they are on Memory card I put in the door bell unit. That would mean taking it down and that is a major project because the cheap plastic clip gets mess up every time you open it. So I am not very happy with it.
What a waste of time, can't connect can't do anything with this app.
Wrong versoin no warning as to which version to install.
Goodbye ... So ... I guess you sold out, so sad ... But I get it the $ rules. Now I'm forced to look to the bigger brothers, ja?
