The Activity-Doctor will help you achieve the Swedish Medical Society's recommendation for physical activity by measuring your daily activity. It measures activity of both moderate and high physical intensity in accordance with the Swedish Medical Society's recommendation and checks to see if you meet the requirements.

It also tells you every day how many minutes of physical activity you need to fulfill the recommendations for the current week.
