Could be better. Takes along time to connect to the 8se camera. Terrible video playback via the app it skips every second. Update. I can play the videos on the action camera but thr large sized over 10 minute videos can not be downloaded via the app it just wont let me select the file
Follow the advice of others and do not waste your time downloading. I have a Samsung Note 10 Ultra and the app will not connect to the camera. I have tried for two weeks with combination of things and it will not connect. The support is based out of China and they did not respond to repeated emails
Hawkeye please provide a better service. Your products are good but this app sucks. Gets connected after atleast 10 trials.Besides Video also lags. No editing features too. A lot of things to be developed and upgraded if you guys really think to see Hawkeye as one of top action cameras. Thank you.
Does not work. I have connected the phone too the action camera (8se) via wifi on my phone(OnePlus6t) but the application does not register that i am connected it simply says 'Connection failed. please follow prompts to reconnect' which is what i have already done. Never works. Really quite frustrating.
Camera is good but I am having a problem with the dynamic range whenever I am trying shoot very bright sky white vertical lines are appearing on the video. It's really making the footage unusable. Please do something."
