I put my member information in and keeps asking me verify it. This is very poorly made. You no way of getting it corrected or any to contact with a problem.
Horrible app! It's no more than a very outdated digital form of your hard copy card. The app does not give you any information on current eligibility status. You could go to a provider and bring up the card, and be seen, then get a bill for not being covered on date of service. I logged in and it still shows 2 family members listed that have not been on my policy for 2 years!! Absolutely useless!!
Hard to login
Crash every time I try to log on! Needed to see my card at an appointment! SMH
Currently just crashing on login. This makes it useless at this time'
