Different workouts that will allow you to practice Fitness, Bodybuilding, and Powerlifting. You can choose between workout plans for 2, 3, 4, 5 and days per week.

Comments:
Small images no way to enlarge, and ads that stop you and dont go away easily. The stretching section looks interesting, but when you cannot enlarge the images to see any of the writing/notes. And out of the blue an ad shows up and you either accidently click on it- or it does not go off screen until you close the app. And that was the first thing i tried.
I just love this app. It gives me all type of methods to make up my each muscles. The pictures are really helping. But there are a few more bugs to fix. The home page is blank always. Thank you developer. Some suggestions: please add a calory calculating display which can tell us how many calories were burnt and a bmi table. It may be helpful...
Great app for self motivated intermediate gym folks. Shows a fair amount of detail on muscles used in a particular exercise. Would be nice if there was a small animation showing the workout and what muscles are to be worked and when during the movement. More importantly, this app needs to highlight the common pitfalls of the exercise. This should help out the noobs and pros alike.
Wonderful app, would be nice to add the chance to make your own personal work out list or, at least, make it change by it self every month. When i don't use the phone for too long the app reset and i have to go trough the menu and choose back the work out, some time is annoying update nothing much has been added except ads banners
This free fitness app is great. It doesn't shove ads down your throat. the information Is straightforward, teaching proper technique and Highlighting the different muscles used on each exercise. This app even gives basic training schedule based upon your goals. If it had meal plans and a calorie counter it would be perfect"
