I had posted I was able to use this app on my old Samsung J3 phone.. However after using it a couple of times I'm having the same problem as I did with my Samsung S215G phone. Try to open the app, the screen comes up briefly, and then closes.
Opens and then closes immediately. I wasted months entering data and now I can't access it. Problem started after 9/20 update. I am very upset with this company for releasing an untested piece of trash.
I was very happy with this app but it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but can't log in. I reckon it is toast now.
Since the September 20 update, app opens and crashes, not connecting to my meter.
I just spent a fortune on strips and it won't stay on now. Not happy at all. I thought this was a good app. I guess I was wrong."
