Getting to add a video on Android wouldn't work until I closed the app 2 times and restarted. Other than that this Company and app have been very helpful after one of their holders had hit me!
The app is very convenient. Even gives you a choice who do additional pictures. Love the option of the video as well.
Was horrible! Had to take unnecessary pics and then almost lost them all when app reset. Nothing like having a real person taking care of your insurance needs.....
