The cars do look slightly fake when they move but to fix that maybe you could add some kind of glowing light under the cars, some kind of anti gravity glow that shines blue light on the street as the cars pass. Also maybe add some kind of large future hologram ad on the main clock tower to make the city look even more futuristic. Maybe some huge buildings glowing softly with lights on the horizon, behind everything just to add urban sprawl.'
