Use UptoPlay to play online the game WordSlide.
WordSlide is a new fun relaxing way to play crosswords.
Instead of clues, slide the letters onto the grid to build up the words, and complete the crossword.
Letters can slide over each other, but they must stay on their original row or column.
Tap 'Check' to see how you're doing. If you need help, press 'Hint' to place a random letter.
When you've completed the grid it will light up all green. Once complete, you can check the word definitions.
Grids range from straightforward 4x4 grids up to hard 7x7 grid challenges.
There are new puzzles every day, and you can revisit previous days at will.

Comments:
Most puzzles have 1 foreign or obscure word. I.e. Xylem. Often British slang, botany, medical, or alternative spellings. Connected dictionary confirms obscure words, puzzles may be just computer generated with no human review. Removing misplaced letters is so awkward/glitchy it is often easier to juat clear the puzzle and start anew. Good concept, needs polish.
Very fun and challenging. I would love if there was a way to reset the tiles without manually dragging them back but even that doesnt bother me enough to dock it a star. Great job!
Good use of the brain however I find that I can't remove a letter if I make an error. I have to clear to grid and start again.
Would give five stars if you could tap a letter to move it back to its start. Seriously...'
