I've been using Lilo for a while now, and I am super happy with the results! The planning feature for meals and activities is super useful. I've also tried out a few of the recipes, and they taste great (even though I can't really cook). I'm still young (26), but i'm worried about my cholesterol because it runs in the family. The information Lilo provides really helps me ease my mind!
