Within the app we work with workouts that require small amounts of gear. Think of Dumbbell workouts, Kettlebell workouts and Bodyweight workouts.

Our goal with JUST.thelifestyle? To get as many people as possible into training and show them that you can work on a fit and healthy lifestyle with fun workouts.
