There is nearly zero, if not, zero user support from the team behind this application. There are several spam accounts that are left untouched. This app feels half baked as there are many features missing, or even removed. Certain features have even been moved behind a pay wall, when they've been free before. I am having trouble with my login and I am unable to resolve it. Once again, there is no user support and you will not receive a reply from their contact email.
Gone to log into Doongle with a new phone and app wants permission to make phone calls. When clicked no (as not a function I want to give permission for) a pop up appears stating is not given permission can't use this service. When clicked close it becomes a continuous circle as just opens back up again. Piss poor design and I used to like using app will be finding a different one.
I have been used this apps for a long time and its getting more better but still need to improve many things such as security, adding more features & the user can post a short video instead put a link. By the way, while using this apps I have makes a lot of friends from another country which is very nice and helpful. The doongle staff also fast responsive if user had any problems and sent them an email. Keep it work better!
Seems like they really boned this app. When I first had it about 3 years ago it was literally perfect. Like Facebook international. Now it's just doing too much,almost like it's trying to be 7 apps at once. And creating a new profile is bugged. Tear it down and bring it back to 2017 version. Ruined a great thing
I can't even upload a picture, which in turns make the app useless. Uninstalled. Even the moderators won't reply with solutions and just telling people to contact them through email, which is a hassle and long winded situation for something that should be fixed by now. Edit: See what I mean? Just an automated response DAYS later. Won't be downloading this again."
