Our company paid a lot of money to attend the 2020 Americas Sales Conference. There was a critical malfunction with the Zerista event app for lead generation where all of our previous day's contacts disappeared from the app. We now do not have the majority of the contacts we scanned nor our notes for specific follow up to each VWR sales rep. The Zerista Admin has gone silent in following up with me on our missing information. I would NOT recommend the Zerista app to anyone for their events."
