the only problem with this app in the interface is that when you slide to close it tanning on the setup you can't close it without putting a time in which comes up required by administrator but neither of my supervisors have changed anything. you can transfer and do all that other good stuff but closing a ticket seems to be an issue it requires you to put a time in so I actually have to use the web-based link. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and I've uninstalled and reinstalled at different times.
The app doesn't work. I keep getting the Yeti has attacked me message because I don't have internet access. I tried on wifi, mobile data, and turned on and off my vpn. I can not get this app to work. I wish I could submit a error code but I don't get that option.
Needs an option to see saved filters. Also sometimes lags or crashes when adding notes to a ticket. Pixel 4
Cannot use the app, always gets an error, cannot load configuration. The web page works perfectly for a one man band like me. But the mobile app does not work.
Think twice yes it's free forever with trash features look into faveo self hosting more stuff is open Their feature really do suck"
