i don't really understand the point of the app, since it makes you go to the website anyway for everything. the information you put in for purchasing a ticket had to be reentered on the website .you can't view your tickets in the app, (you have to actually find the email). it's not worth the space on your phone (i immediately uninstalled)
Sadly ineffective. About half the time I can't get the app to start it all and a good portion of the time it does not show San Antonio as a destination city although he can be a departure City. This makes it almost useless to me.
it's not technically broken. it's just pointless. i uninstalled it very quickly because it just redirects me to the website. when i downloaded the app, i was expecting it to be more convenient than the browser. I will continue to use megabus like it's 2005 only because of their prices.
Doesn't do much. Thought needed app to watch videos on bus. Actually videos only work in browser. Due to slow wifi can't really watch anyway. Choice of videos very limited. Lot of kids cartoons.
Love the service and friendly drivers. The only request that I have is that Megabus provide at least some type of seating and shelter for riders in areas that are not associated with other transportation orginzations. I think most cities would allow at least simple bench seating on sidewalks. Especially in major cities or locations exclusively desinated for MB. Maybe even invest in portable yet durable tents/huge umbrellas that can be setup by the baggage handlers before/after each shift. Thanks'
