The app has stopped logging events since 9/4/2021. Have tried a couple of solutions without success. No longer get notifications about events either. The interface is confusing to use.
this app no longer works... haven't been able to log in using it in about 3 weeks... type in username and password but the login button is grayed out and you can't hit it
On January 20, 2022, I changed the home router to handle the higher 'smart' device load, including 2 pre-existing Linear WiFi-enabled garage doors. I precisely followed all Linear app instructions as I had done with the previous router. Linear software will not complete the pairing function. This outcome is absurd and confusing since the previous router and Linear software worked properly. What is going on? I checked everything here that I can control. Linear software is very disappointing and needs attention.
Plz fix the problems! It was great a few months ago, now it will not stay logged in and half the time it just spins when I'm trying to log in!! Update: 12/11/21 The app keeps crashing, I literally cannot even open it long enough to use it at all!
Thankfully I have none of the issue others are expressing. My only complaint is I cannot find a way to pick only the specific activities that I receive notifications for. I don't care to know every time my garage door was opened and closed, I just want to know if my door is left open for a long time."
