You would think that the city of Los Angeles with its outrageous fees and taxes would be able to develop an app that would be more reliable. It constantly freezes, forcing me to do a hard reset every single time. Have to wait an hour or two and try again, if im lucky i can get in. Mornings are the worst, whats the point of the app if it cant handle mass users at once.

Does not work for Android. Iv already reported to LADBS technical support but they are not addressing the problem. When you come to the point of scheduling the inspection, it gives an Error. Not good.

Inspection booking is not working anymore. In the past 3 months is giving an error when trying to book inspection. I called 311, but couldn't get to the right department to see what the problem is. That is why I write this review hoping some can fix it.

It used to be pretty handy and worked rather well. Now only errors, cant request inspections, only on Android. I have an i-phone with another line and it works fine.

Error message to schedule. Very time consuming to call it in. It was working before which was great'
