This app has potential, but there is a lot you cant easily do without manual intervention or simply can't do. Like print/save your invoices got the month from 1 list. You have to go to every client to print each one separately. Invoices don't have uniq identifiers so are not valid to SARS/book keeping. Other limitations like add-ons are tricky if your customers want to do more than one type of class, needs to be manually & a bunch more. Also, their focus is not small studios I was told today :(
Such a great and easy to use app! It is the Gym or coach's responsibility to make sure each member has access and can do certain things on the app itself. If you are unable to do something, it is most likely not the app's problem, but certain settings on the management side that needs to be looked at.
I used the app for about a month without any problems. For some reason I cannot log in because my details are incorrect. I tried to reset password with no success. I didn't receive the link to reset my password. I cannot use the app at all.
I was told I have to book on the app. I really wish South African business would stop creating these knock off apps, nothing ever works if u cannot create apps stick to the web versions I'm forced to book on this app that's going to take me 30 mins to register. I planned on having a session not admin, I have to fill in all these details again which the gym already have what a waste of my time, I would just like to gym without all the admin my word. Coz my solution is switching to planet
It's just rubbish compared to the competition. Also, it's just a container app that essentially loads a website, the same way that something like Appy Pie works."
