We have ordered from the app multiple times, the delivery was really fast, the quality of the products was really good and about the delivery the best part is all the packages were sanitised in front of me! I received my ordered items on time. In very good packing and quality is also good. I liked radhey namkeen. My suggestion is regular oil and rice packing should be available in 5 kg also. Few areas where this App is winning: -Packaging, amazing and the deliveries feel personal. -Selection of items which seem to be boosting the local and small time vendors and manufacturers. -Chat Support and Customer Feedback - if you're in the Cust. Support business, you KNOW how important and sensitive this area is. For e.g. If I find a new service to be bad, I barely even think of giving it a second chance.
In your app your price of products is too much high near to double and then you tell that we are giving discount but after giving your discount your price is more than other shopping app, mall and grocery store. .......... I'm not telling you directly, first I compare... and I have proof also if you want I will mail you you can check..... Now market is open all the people first check where the price is low then after they buy, so how can people buy product from your app.
Great experience even considering the lockdown period and difficulties associated with it. Needs special mention for sure. It has not been easy for anyone however Team Frendy gets everything under a roof with a wide range of options to choose from. I would choose Frendy anyday over these giants like Grofers and Bigbasket. And the cherry on top are instant cashbacks and referral discounts on future purchases for everyone.
