You can also talk to and benefit from the experiences of people like you, with the same symptoms or the same situations. You can discuss and learn about how they solved their problems, and emerged happier and more productive as a result.

FindChill also provides an exciting stress monitoring tool that links heart rate to perceived stress. Over time, we aim to refine this algorithm to be predictive, and alert you to symptoms of stress even before the stressful situation occurs !

We aim to make stress management easier, and inject elements of fun into the process. All our recommendations and suggestions are from the latest research into the phenomenon of stress, using science as well as established practices that really work.
