ETCall is a mobile app to connect people in need of translation with volunteer translators to interpret for them through a telephone call. It aims to facilitate the communication between the refugees from one side; government offices and hospitals from the other side. Its Available for Arabic/German Translation, more languages will be added.

Using ETCall is simple and easy. In any case, where you need a translation, just check the app for available translators and then call ETCall Service Number and the system will forward your call to one of the available translators in just a few seconds.

As a volunteer, using the system is very easy , all you need is to install ETCall mobile application. The application will register your phone number and then you can set your available times in which you can offer the translation. When a translation call is needed, you will receive a call from ETCall service number. Only data connection is needed to update your availability status.

We are caring about your privacy, both volunteering translator and the organization/refugee numbers will not be shared. You will call or receive calls only from ETCall number.
