Can't thank you enough for getting me at the bus station in a short time
So, you click to sign up. You type your name, your email address, and pick a password. It tells your email address isn't valid, even though you've typed your email address absolutely correctly. So... You can't sign up and therefore can't get a taxi and the app doesn't work. I add to all of this, that I used to use the app all the time, with no problems, it worked beautifully. But since it's been changed, the app has forgotten all my details, and won't allow me to sign up again (or to log in).
Very quick. Great service.
Booked on app day before required. Taxi still managed to turn up 25mins late. Apparently app can't tell you it's a busy time. They shouldn't have accepted booking if they didn't have a driver available. They had over 18 hours to allocate one."
