Use UptoPlay to play online the game Cube Method.
This program will allow you to increase your strength in a carefully calculated approach. This method of training is designed to help you gain strength in a consistent manner and is there every step of the way to keep you on track. Just perform the main compound movements and choose what accessory work you want to do! This allows for the guess work to be taken out of getting stronger. Just add any extra movements in settings you wish and simply do what the program says to do. Then say hello to strength gains! To get started after installing the app just navigate to the settings page, from there you can enter your training maxes for the programing to be based off of. There is also an information tab within the app for any information you may need.

I have used the Cube Method app off and on over the years for programming my training. I love the rotation of intensities across the 3 major lifts. I haven't utilized the app in a long time so decided to start it back up. I just finished week 1 and look forward to seeing my progress over the next 8 weeks!!
Great app. I wish it had a day for accessory day as opposed to fitting it in in just 3 days. The actual ebook has a 4th day for accessory day. Other than that the app is great, no calculations are needed the app does it for you.
It is pretty good. I bought the upgraded version but did not like it. If you could log every individual set I would have given it 5 stars.
Great app overall. The only issue I have is not being able to change the order of assistance exercises.
would be good if there was a rest timer in the app so u dont have to close the app and go to your timer on ur phone to time ur rest periods. suggested warm ups and weights for said warm ups would be good. all in all a good app. only on my first week we will see how much i progress with it.'
