Waste app, purpose of the app is to deliver at the time customer has asked for. But I order for 12 midnight delivery, but they call at 10.30 and said we can deliver by 11 , not at 12. To get that at 11 o clk why should I order with this people, I can order from swiggy or I can buy and keep it fridge.the customers care person is useless , they don't understand the customers needs. They keep repeating what they were saying from beginning
`worst experience with this app...i ordered a cake for my husband's birthday. They did called me nd confirmed the order, but they didn't delivered it.i was waiting for long time and my order status was showing "processing" in the app.….i believed that my order would be delivered on or before 12... but they disappointed and failed till 12.15 . when i called and enquired about delivery i hear a pathetic response that address is far they can't serve... i dont recommend this app for orders..`,had a wonderful experience with this app, I have placed a order with customised options they allocated a executive for the purchase of my gift,I have selected a bracelet with the help of executive which is to be delivered they did a great job and trustworthy.. thanx for the support call handling team miss reka..
