The new design is terrible, should go back to the old format. I don't know about anyone else but lately i can't get the app to come up it just spins around thinking about it and does nothing. In the past the old format worked perfectly i had no issues at all. Hopefully it's not an ongoing issue as it puts you off even trying to use it, which is a pity as i love TVSN and have used it a lot in the past. Fingers crossed it can be fixed. I have tried everything at my end to make sure it's not me.
Since the change in format, this site is useless to my Wife to use. She has now decided not to shop with you until you change back. The old way was easy to use and understand. Have decided to delete app until this issue is fixed, sorry to leave
I've actually emailed the people at TVSN about this problem of the very small column down the left hand side who then passed on the information to their tech team who said there was no problem and had no idea what I was on about! I'm guessing they employ a bunch of monkeys in their tech department!!
This is A VERY outdated format app! The zoom feature on photos is a total pain in the butt! Also tvsn don't offer Afterpay, which you can use on their products via other sites, so makes tvsn obsolete
I don't know what's happening but the app don't want to open its telling me to try later. no meter how many times I try it's not doing anything still don't work please Ken you fixed."
