Both your app and website are terrible. They crash so much and never load. The app itself doesn't after you've selected which tickets you want to buy.
Works really well easy to book tickets. Only thing is that it does not allow you to purchase only popcorn or only drinks you have to buy combos. They should introduce where you can purchase different items and not only a certain combo.
Worst design in a app, the virtual card number you have to remember or write down somewhere to use, other wise you leave the session of booking a ticket....and their password reset function doesnt even work.
This stupid app doesn't save my SK Club card number. Every time I book a movie ticket I have to look up the card number and manually type it in. I am logged in with my credentials linked to the card number, why do I have to type it in every time??
Experience is not great. App easily forgets your login. Card number is not automatically filled when logged in during booking. No way to update payment details.'
