Lex is a great platform to learn and trainings available on this platform are also great based on the content. But I'm giving a rating 3 mainly because of the App features. I use the app from my mobile. The most unpleasant experience is most of the time the progress is not getting updated. I'll read the material give the quiz and get good score but still that chapter will not be shown as Completed. Video pages also have the same problem. Once these issues are fixed this platform deserve 5 star!!
The app never signs me up in one go. I need to try hell lot of times. Need to uninstall and reinstall it, even no luck. It suggests to login through browser that too doesn't work properly most of the times. If the first step logging in only irritates users, its doesn't sound good. Hope you pay priority in fixing logging issues. Other than app issues, the learning content is very good. Appreciate your efforts in putting the content very well and helping us.
Latest version not working effectively. Navigation through courses catalogue is fine but within courses it is hard to use. Clicking takes a lot of time to process, also videos don't load/buffer quickly. Browsing through one chapter to another takes a lot of time. Check that please. Its FRUSTRATING that even on high speed data we can't use it to learn.
