Website is great. Unfortunately, as pretty much everyone else says, the app doesn't work. All you get is an error message when either trying to sign in or playing as a guest.
it has way to many high hands ..i played in a tounament and nothing lower than a straight for 10 hands in a row .. if you bet low you can win start betting large and even with great hands ver y rarely win .. lost with full houses 7 times in a couple of hours .. freezes at the worst times and costumer service is pretty much nonexistent ... left me frustrated and wishing i never loaded the app
I cannot recommend anyone put money on this site. They actually require a bank statement to withdraw your money. If you can pay with your debit card then why can't you receive your money the same way? Even if they want to deposit directly into your bank account, all they should need is your account number and routing number. Absolutely no reason to see my bank statement. I was going to recommend this site to some friends but not anymore
This app sucks, the customer service is about worthless. They only appear to have your interests at stake. They still haven't sent me a prize out card from 6 months ago. I have read of Numerous others who have had trouble with these people
Downloaded game. Only thing i got was a connection error notice. Even tried on wifi. Same notice. Do not waist your time with this game. It does not even work.'
