I really hate the railway concession section...if we have to wait for 2 weeks to get our railway concession through this app, why is it even made? It's better to wait in line for 2 hours and get it much sooner. I hope this improves in the next update.
Very poor app! Really didnt like the way I ask for Railway concession! one has to apply to it again and again untill it accepts the request! One has to do that only, than he would have be happier standing in a line! very poor, need improvements in entire working system!
worst app ever created! The concession application they have merged with college is the worst thing any one can do. Instead of hours now we have to wait days to get our railway concession and that to we can apply for once which we were getting twice a semester. Worst product ever created!
Please improve the railway concession feature. I spend more time waiting for concession than waiting in the line. Very inconvenient.
