- Very expensive (100 USD) - Why does it need GPS location to launch the application? - Needs to use the pairing button every time I want to change any setting - The tunes are awful (80's alarm clock type (or LOST TV show type)). I mean, come on, for that price you could at least have what any phone app allows: modern tunes, or meditation tune (waves, rain, storm, etc), not just BIIIIP, BIIIIP, BIIIIP - Brightness 1 is too bright at night when on my nightstand, but not bright enough in day time.
I'm very happy with the app & alarm. I've no connection problems unlike others. One feature missing is an auto dimming function for the clock display. I don't think it is a built in function but if the app could at least have a schedule to change the brightness at set times that would be a great improvement. If the clock is set to be able to see the display during the day, it is then too bright at night & vice versa. Upgrade the app to have that feature as a work around?
It's a nice plain clock without all the bells and whistles unlike some of them but the connection with the app is absolute rubbish. Every time I want to change an alarm I have to uninstall the app then reinstall it. What a pain in the butt.
Not fit for purpose, unfortunately this app is not compatible with new Samsung/Android phones. Alarms disable themselves a few minutes after setting, means clock is just decorative. Rubbish software.
Simply will not connect with a Pixel 3 running Anroid 10 or an LG 5 running Android 6. Both these phones connect to Bluetooth in both our cars. The Braun BCN020 is a nice clock with miserable software. Braun you should be able to do so much better especially for the price!!!'
