`1.Face & emotion tabs associations: a sorry attempt to replicate complex human emotions in a Minecraft graphics style. 2. Shapes and numbers: no instructions for shape AND numbers. 3. Electrical panels: said to 'choose wisley' without any instructions on what "wise" is. It was just damn luck to pull the correct one. 4. Maintenance call-outs: when reaching a higher speed no way to pick it up again. Left it do its own thing A waste of time. My results couldn't have been any further from reality.`,I instantly lose respect for any company that uses this. This is just another lazy way to thin candidate numbers, but Arctic shores goes further to make its assessment methodology particularly obscure to the candidate, I especially like the way you show the user a unrelated score at the end, very nice red herring. Arctic shores seems to be based on total pseudo-science. If this is not the case then please by all means make your research (if there is any) available for scrutiny by the public.
This test doesn't give accurate results and the games need to be improved. It doesn't assess what it gives you results on and if a computer error occurs you just have to accept the fault that occurred to be a mark on you If this is the main tool for job interviews they need to look into improving this
I honestly enjoyed this assessment way more than the traditional assessments. Second game assessment and I am more than happy with what I have done even if my score was not that high. It relaxed me and made it more fun to show my aptitude and personality through a game simulation. The only issue is that I don't know how to obtain a feedback basing on my results.
Graphics are absolutely appalling as theyre using the older version.'
