Product does not work in any way apart from a blue led comes on. Does not detect my Samsung USB drive. 100w power pass through is 0w. App wants to be able to make phone calls! It's a scam
App needs to be able to run in the background for backups instead of relying to keep it open at all times..
Need to improve the UI. Works perfectly with AnyBackup device.
