This app is awful! Ive tried everything to get the camera to connect and it keeps saying to reconfigure password and connection failed. Its not my connection either. I looked up how to get a refund since i spent nearly $200 on camera, sd card and shipping. They require that you fill out a specific form thats suppose to be located at the bottom of their store policy's page. When I looked for it, there is no form! So Im out $200!!

Video quality of hidden camera alarm clock is ok. Technical Help is almost non-existent. User manual isn't helpful for any type of troubleshooting. Settings are not intuitive. I can't figure out how to get it to stop continuous recording and only record on motion

Got it to work once! After I changed my internet service I can't get it to program. The clock also doesn't recognize daylight savings time, so from March to November it's an hour slow. Tried to reset the device but still can't get it working. Doesn't even make a good paperweight.

Ok App. The only issue I have is that if I leave the app open, it doesn't seem to always link up. I have to close it and reopen it to see the camera. Other than that it works fine and it connected to my camera with no problem.

So total cost 365.00 for a system that needs to be rebooted about ever 20 min.. It did work well for 24 hrs.. Now it will not stay connected.. Its completely pointless Paid extra for the audio and the sound is so horrible you could bearly make out what i was saying into the camera.. Im a first time and last time buyer'
