The Happiness Club is run by Jo Howarth, the North West's Happiness Expert, to teach the tools and techniques that helped her change her own life. Finding your happiness is easier than you think. The Happiness Club is a monthly membership club that helps you look after your mental wellbeing.

Once you're a member you will receive a daily message containing a mindset tool or technique, a tip or a piece of advice to help you leave the negative stuff behind and see life in a more positive way.

The Happiness Club Mobile App is designed for both members and non-members alike with a series of mindset tools such as the Happiness Jar, Glad Exercise and Happiness Cards to help you feel calmer, more relaxed, inspired, motivated and happy after using these techniques.

The App not only delivers the daily thoughts and videos to members but also gives you access to our latest events, books and downloads as well as special offers to our users to help you on your path of happiness.
