Welcome to the SHAKTIBARRE community and our rigorous-meets-empowering workouts. You now have access to an ever-expanding library of live, archived live, and pre-recorded classes led by SHAKTIBARRE, a.k.a. The Yoga-Barre Empowerment Hub (VOGUE, 2016). Our in-studio experience is made mobile by your phone, iPad, and/or desktop computer. Were honored to be your go-to barre app or to be paired with any other exercise platforms youre using. (1) How to access LIVE workouts =
a. REGISTER for class and then click JOIN LIVESTREAM on your APP HOMEPAGE and/or subscribe to emails (directions below) to receive a link in your email 0-30 minutes before class. Make sure to ENABLE your audio and video when the stream asks you to.

Log in to Mindbody
Go to Profile > Personal > Edit
Check all the boxes

(2) How to access PRE-RECORDED workouts =
*These include workouts we plan and film seasonally and archived live workouts*
a. Click on your VIDEO TAB to access PRE-RECORDED workouts. You can also filter by Barre (signature, core, ballet), Yoga (power and bliss), Bootcamp (amplifiers), Interval Training (hiit), and Other (meditation/stretching) and/or by newest/oldest, longest/shortest, and A-Z workout titles.
b. You can turn your phone horizontally to see a bigger video (:

[WIFI AND PREPARING FOR CLASS]

(1) As with any app, streaming will always work best when youre connected to stronger WiFi or cellular data and excess tabs are closed. That being said, we welcome you to venture outside when possible and/or to any other location that supports your feminine nature.

(2) Any of our workouts can be done with real props and/or comparable home items such as soup cans for weights, a rug for a yoga mat, a pillow for a core ball or bolster, a towel for a blanket, and two sturdy napkins for sliders ;)

(3) Please keep in mind any LIVE workout can be made easier or harder by either putting your request in the chat box or by following along with one of the tiered modifiers in our PRE-RECORDED workouts.

(1) In any live class, feel free to turn on 2-way video. Though its optional, when we can see you we can help you modify to more or less challenging versions of the moves depending on your fitness level and how you feel that day.
