Fast and easy process to secure seats for upcoming movie. I am a rewards member and the app helps me view my points/redemption dollars; and past purchases. Awesome!
Great place I just don't like having to pay a service fee to purchase a ticket. I actually save money by forcing them to do all the work of selling me a ticket. Doesn't make sense, looks like you should save money doing the work for them.
Like the app , I will give 5 Star if have the option to order food ahead of time and have it ready when we get there
The ease of getting your tickets is all fine, but it does not give you the option to sign in as a rewards member (which I paid for) so you don't earn any points towards those rewards using the app. The website constantly gives me an error when I try to buy through it, so that I can get my rewards points for my purchases, which forces me to use this sub-par app. The only reason i am giving it 2 stars is because I do love Santikos cinemas. Y'all just need to fix your stuff.
This is a great app, it makes getting tickets to see a movie super easy. Plus I get points to save and use towards food and tickets.'
