I subscribed to this service for a couple years. Suddenly my computer stopped backing up. I spent 6 months with their customer service trying to fix the glitch. Every time they told me to try a fix, it was like starting from square one when I replied that the fix was ineffective. They automatically renewed my account even though I tried to stop it. They were reluctant to return my money insisting they could make the program work. But after several more attempts I had to file a claim with pay pal to get my money back
Suddenly 3 days ago it stopped backing up. Don't know how to start back up again. Keeps saying no WiFi although WiFi is on and other apps works perfectly.
