App does not work as it should. I always used it to set the alarm but now whenever I do the status always says deactivated. I was away for a week and thought the alarm was set, got used to app not updating status but when I got home the alarm was not set. This really needs fixing asap
I am a developer for 21 years. This is one of the worst examples of bad programming that I have seen in my life. This simple app takes between 30-70s to load even tho it only loads 4-5 variables and no heavy media. It is a disaster and a big company like verisure should not be cheap on app development when it is a huge part of the product they deliver.
Alarm status and mode setting is flaky at best. The app is primarily designed for one thing, activating the alarm in various modes, checking it's status and beyond that taking photos. Recently everytime I activate the alarm, the status does not update to show me whether it has activated properly or not. I keep pressing refresh and it says it's deactivated. I check the timeline and it says it's activated. Confusing indeed.
My husband and I have been looking for new camera's and alarm for some time and decided to go with verisure mainly because it's monitored. A few of our friends bought a door bell and camera's from another company and have had nothing but problems. I had to phone customer service today because I managed to lock myself out of the app and within a few minutes I was back into the app and everything sorted. highly recommended and from first signing up to today the service has been amazing. e
This app is definitely the weak point of the Verisure system. The response team are excellent and always very helpful but this app is bloody frustratingly slow and ponderous..'
