The technical support representative will be able to view your credit card machine through your phones rear camera and troubleshoot the problem.
The support executive has the ability to draw, type text, or point on your screen to easily guide you through the troubleshooting process.
In addition to technical support, you can request supplies and inquire about machine upgrades through Linked Assist.
